All pricing is for half-hour lessons. For 45 minute lessons, multiply these rates by 1.5.

The preferred method of payment is cash. Please look below for information about paying by check or credit card or Paypal.
Discounts are available when paying for multiple lessons at a time. To receive discount, payment must be received in advance of the lesson. The full discount is not available when paying via check or credit card.

If you miss a pre-paid lesson without notification via phone, email, or text prior to the start of the lesson, the money paid for that lesson is forfeit. I will make every reasonable effort to make up missed lessons for which notice is received in advance of the lesson. Make-ups may be scheduled during the week, schedule permitting, by adding time to future lessons, or by utilizing the freebie make-up lesson time at the end of the semester.
Forms of Payment
Cash: Cash is the preferred method of payment.
Bank Transfer: Paypal payments from a Paypal account may be sent to sales@gentechserv.com at the cash price.
Unfortunately, most other forms of payment pass along a fee or require multiple trips to the bank. The "single lesson price" stays the same regardless of form of payment, however, the full discount is not available when paying for multiple lessons if you use check or credit card.
Check: If you are paying for an entire semester at once, I am able to accept check at the cash price. Otherwise, add $10 to the discount multi-lesson price to obtain the check price. Please make checks payable to Alisa Phillips. I will pass along to you any returned check fees I incur should a check not go through, plus $10.
Credit Card: Add $5 to the discount multi-lesson price for the credit card price; payment is accepted at http://sales.gentechserv.com.
We Hear and Play piano lessons typically start out as 15 minutes in length and gradually lengthen as the child's attention span increases. Exact lengths may vary from week to week, depending on the child's disposition that particular day. A 30 minute block of time will be set aside and charged for the lesson, however, frequently the entire time will not be used. This is to the child's advantage -- a toddler cannot be successfully forced or coerced to play the piano, rather music instruction must be an invitation and appeal to the child's desire to have fun.
